Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any IGRISS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including firms, individual practitioners, and any authorized personnel accessing the platform on behalf of an organization.

Description of Service

IGRISS provides AI-native automation infrastructure for law firms, including document intake, petition preparation, and quote comparison tools. Our services are delivered on a flat-fee, unlimited-use pricing model.

All processing occurs within or adjacent to your existing environment. Documents pass through our systems for processing and are not retained. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

As a user of IGRISS, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using our services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and restrict access to authorized personnel.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our software.
• Not use the service to process, store, or transmit material that infringes on the rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the IGRISS platform, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by IGRISS. Your use of the service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

You retain full ownership of any documents, data, or content you submit to the platform. IGRISS claims no ownership rights over your content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGRISS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to IGRISS in the twelve months preceding the claim. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and any data associated with your account will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms or engage in activity that may harm IGRISS, our infrastructure, or other users.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
